Hyderabad
We already know that Hyderabad is seen an unprecedented boom in the real estate market, and many Hyderabadis have invested in upmarket apartments and villas during the pandemic. Now when one has a beautiful house, wouldn’t one want world-class interiors? To cater to the many customers or rather their interior designers, interior design automation platform Prolance has announced the launch of its Hyderabad operations.
Prolance is a cloud-based automation platform that promises to cut interior design costs by more than 20 percent and delivery timelines by 40 percent. Not surprisingly, more than 100 city-based interior designers attended the Prolance launch event to familiarise themselves with the platform and marketplace.
However, the company also intends to cater to home-owners in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Prolance is already present in Chennai and Bengaluru, which happens to be its headquarters. Prolance will be a one-stop-shop to buy all materials required for executing interior projects. The platform includes a ready marketplace for designers or contractors to buy materials, including finished shutters, plywood, hardware, and appliances.
Founder and director of Prolance, Vivek MP, feels it’s the perfect time to expand into Hyderabad as it has a robust realty market. Also, the city is the biggest IT hub and attracts populations from across the country.
Apart from project automation, Prolance will also focus on two other areas – manufacturing and procurement of raw materials or finished components. The company counts Godrej Interior, Spacewood, Landmark, and SquareYards as its major enterprise clients. It also has more than 500 interior design firms among its clientele.
