'Dava Dosth' is a one-of-a-kind medicine outlet and emergency medical room set up at Secunderabad Railway Station in coordination with the South Central Railways. This medical room is to help all the passengers to seek medical care if required. This medical emergency room is fully equipped to support the various emergencies that are likely to occur. This unique set-up is at platform 1 of the station near the general waiting hall. The Dava Dosth will have a doctor and a nurse working in regular shifts to seeking proper medical help, and their problems are catered to.
The medicines here will be sold for a very marginalized rate with up to 40-50% off. Also, covid kits will be distributed from time to time to the passengers and people seeking treatment and purchasing meds from the store. The employees and housekeeping staff can walk into this mini facility to collect their covid kit. Abhay Kumar Gupta, Secunderabad Divisional Manager, inaugurated the outlet in the presence of SCR and IRSDC officials.
