Despite the elections and new committee assuming office, Jubilee Hills Housing Society continues to remain in controversies. The Telangana High Court has directed to appoint a special officer for the Jubilee Hills Housing Society.
A Special Officer needs to be appointed to oversee and regulate the affairs of the Society since the controversies are going out of hand. The High Court has directed the Registrar-cum-Commissioner of Telangana Co-operative Societies to file a petition seeking the appointment of A. Similarly, the High Court has suspended the notice issued by the Society President Ravindranath on the 12th of this month removing the powers of the Secretary.
