Two separate incidents where two persons fell into the water have been reported in the city. In yet another unfortunate incident associated with the recent heavy rains, a 54-yr-old Mohan Reddy fell into an open Nala. Incidentally, the person had gone out to have a drink with his friends. Sometime later, he comes out to relieve himself and also for a smoke. That’s when he slipped and fell into the Nala at Qutbullahpur.

A missing person complaint has been lodged at the PS. A 20-member team comprising the police and the Disaster Response Force personnel has launched an extensive search to recover the body of Mohan Reddy. Another incident was tweeted by M Ramesh, IPS, DCP East Zone. The police official congratulated constable officers Madhu and Karunakar Reddy of Malakpet police station for rescuing one Kothakapu Sanjeev Reddy who jumped into the Moosarambagh Musi river to commit suicide.

The two constables pulled Reddy back into safety through the Musi river was in full spate due to recent rains. The noteworthy act has caught the attention of netizens who have been congratulating the constable officers.
It has to be noticed that rains have been wreaking havoc in the lives of Hyderabad citizens, and both government and police have been trying their best to take appropriate control measures.
