The first-ever event inspired by the Sunday Funday event at Charminar 'Ek Shaam Charminar Ke Naam' has indeed been a big hit as it saw a good crowd gather near the iconic monument and have a fun time with family and friends.
Amid this fun event in the old city, a particular group of people is frowning over this event as their work is being affected. The cart owners and vendors have been facing many issues. They recently started earning money by doing business on Sundays at places near Charminar but are now losing out due to the traffic curbs and other vendors being allotted their space exclusively for this weekly event.
The traders and vendors are happy with such an event happening at the Charminar, but they are not satisfied with their exclusion and want to be a part of this event so that the event happens better and also, these are considering giving these vendors a chance with better stall facilities. These cart pullers sell clothes, fake jewelry, and other novelties and are hoping to be a part of this event in the following weeks.
