Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is doing a commendable job in developing parks in recent times. A beautiful Prana Vayu Urban Forest Park will soon be available to the public at the Gajularamaram in Hyderabad. Situated on 142 acres, the park is surrounded by lush greenery.
The park was developed by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation at a cost of Rs 16 crore. On this occasion, a GHMC official said, "We are going to open the park in three weeks." The park has all kinds of facilities for children and adults alike. Animal portraits were painted on the compound wall along the main entrance to the park.
Images of swan, lion, tiger, and deer were set up there. Facilities were also provided for having picnic parties. There are facilities like a nursery, watchtower, restrooms, surveillance, and seating arrangements. There is also a dedicated kids' play area with slides, wooden bridges with slides, worm-shaped tunnels, seating arrangements, and a swing.
