A person has won land worth 250 Crores in court after his demise. This land is present in Banjara Hills Road No. 12 just behind the police command. The person, Sheshu Babu owns 2.5 acres of land in Survey No. 129/76 in Road No. 12 of Banjara Hills. When he partnered with another person for the development of the land, the Government obstructed them.
The government has approached the court claiming the land as its own. The case has been pending in civil courts and high courts for the past 40 years. Sheshu Babu died while fighting the court case. The wife and sons were then implicated and continued the arguments. After examining the evidence, the high court ruled in October last year that the land belongs to Sheshu Babu.
With this, Sheshu Babu got the land which is now valued at Rs 250 crore after his death. Currently, his sons, Harsha and Vikram are fencing around the place. Meanwhile, Shaikpet Mandal Tahsildar, Srinivas Reddy says they have failed a Review petition in the high court over the land.
