The property belonging to the seventh Nizam of Hyderabad, Mir Osman Ali Khan, has come under the radar of the Telangana government. The proposed demolition of the 150-year-old heritage building, which happens to be a notified heritage structure in Hyderabad, has led the state government to intervene.Netizens have expressed fears concerning the future of the building, and the Telangana government had to issue directives that the structure cannot be altered or leveled. The Rs 300 crore property is currently at the center of a civil dispute between Mumbai-based Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and Kashmir-based Iris Hospitality.Media reports and public posts on social media about the alleged demolition have led Arvind Kumar, special chief secretary of municipal administration and urban development, which is responsible for the management of the state’s urban areas, to tweet on April 17 that both parties involved in the dispute must “not alter/ level” the structure.Arvind Kumar tweeted with the title Clarification – “The #KingKoti palace is a notified Heritage structure &amp; can’t be altered/ modified/ demolished without prior permission from GHMC. It’s in a civil dispute. All said owners are served notices not to alter/ level/ do anything. Police are asked to maintain vigil.” The special chief secretary adds that it’s private property that is under civil dispute. So, though it happens to be a private structure, owners need to have the approval of the competent authority, that is, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC).Incidentally, a notified heritage structure by definition means any building of one or more premises, structures, and artifacts that requires conservation or preservation for historical, architectural, artisanal, aesthetic, cultural, or environmental purposes.As per the central government document, no development, engineering operation, alterations, or renovations are allowed except with the prior permission of the commissioner, municipal corporation/ vice-chairman, or development authority.Also, before granting permission, the agency is expected to consult the heritage conservation committee (HCC). While Neeharika Infrastructure has denied having any intention of going ahead with demolition, Iris Hospitality has chosen to remain silent on the matter.

In a case where an MBA graduate stole over 60 cars in various cities, the accused has finally been caught. Satyendra Singh Shekhawat, an interstate thief, stole over 60 cars and was arrested and moved from Bengaluru to Hyderabad on a prison transit. He had eluded cops time and again and was arrested last month in Jaipur, his native place, and was brought to Bengaluru.However, in a case of real-life mirroring reel life, Shekhawat’s case is reminiscent of the ‘Pontaic Bandit’ Doug Judy in Brooklyn Nine-Nine. He had stolen five cars in Hyderabad and teased the cops by sending them messages like ‘Catch me if you can.’Shekhawat came under the radar of Telangana police in January 2021 when he stole a Fortuner from a five-star hotel in Hyderabad. The car belonged to Kannada film producer Manjunath, and Shekhawat was caught on CCTV stealing it. Following this, a team from Banjara Hills police station went to his house in Jaipur and spoke to his father and wife.At the time, Shekhawat contacted the police and requested them not to harass his family and promised he would surrender. However, he did not mend his ways and kept taunting the police. In fact, he also came to Hyderabad and drove away in an Isuzu Pick Up Truck belonging to a software engineer.But Shekhawat happens to be a habitual offender involved in car thefts since 2003 and has cases pending against him in Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu. Incidentally, Shekhawat’s wife was caught selling a stolen car in Telangana in August 2021.The police recovered 20 four-wheelers, a two-wheeler, 20 manual keys, 13 smart keys, six mobile phones, an X-horse Dolphin key-cutting machine, and other tools. As per the cops, Shekhawat ran an elaborate operation, including purchasing car lock key frequency scanners, key programming devices, and key cutting gadgets that cost him a few lakhs.He also prepared duplicate keys by scanning the key frequency and stole cars. Right now, police are questioning him to understand his method of operation.

Real Life Pontaic Bandit Caught For Stealing 60 Cars

A car has caused a ruckus at Madhapur Ayyappa Society in the city. The car driver under the influence of alcohol collided with a bike in Sainagar. Three people on the bike were seriously injured in the accident. They were rushed to a private hospital in Madhapur.After colliding with the bike, the car crashed into the cellar of an apartment on the side of the road. Locals said the incident took place on Sunday morning.&nbsp; The visuals look scary, to say the least. The onlookers say they have luckily escaped death in the accident.Police rushed to the spot and took the driver of the car, Sai Krishna, into their custody. Madhapur police have registered a case over the incident and are investigating. A breathalyzer test has been performed on the driver and the alcohol levels are found to be much more than the permissible limits. More details of the case are yet to emerge.

A student's life ended just four months after he went to America for higher studies. Pichetti Vamsi Krishna (23), an MS student from Hyderabad, was killed on the spot when another car collided. This happened when he went shopping with friends. Khammam resident Pawan (23) was also killed and three other students were injured.The condition of one of these injured is serious. Shashi Kiran, the eldest son of Varaprasad, a private bank manager living in Reddy's Avenue Colony, Nizampet, and JNTU Professor Dr. Padmajarani, moved to the US seven years ago for higher studies. Their youngest son, Vamsi Krishna, completed his B.Tech last year and left for the US on December 28th.There, he is doing an MS at the University of Southern Illinois. On Thursday morning (4.30 pm IST on the 22nd of this month), ten students went shopping in two different cars. On the way back, a woman driving another car hit one of the cars on Chicago Road. Pawan, who was driving the car, and Vamsi Krishna, who was sitting in the back seat, were killed on the spot. Kalyan, Karthik, and Srikanth were injured. In this, Kalyan's situation seems to be serious.

Sheikh Altafuddin from Nizamabad Dichpally arrived at Shamshabad Airport from Riyadh on Friday night.&nbsp;&nbsp;Altafuddin was in a rush as relatives and family members headed towards the departure rather than into the arrivals.Since the staff indicated that the car parking time was running out, he rushed out leaving his bag behind. After going home, he realized the bag missing and went to Shamshabad airport. A complaint was lodged with the police saying that the bag contained electronic devices and 3050 riyals. The security personnel who took the bag returned it but there were only 500 riyals in it.&nbsp;When he pressurized them, the security personnel returned another six hundred Riyals. But denies knowing anything about the remaining riyals. RGIA CI Srinivas said the complaint was received from the victim and they are investigating the matter. A complaint has been filed with the airport authorities as well about the missing currency.

They make it clear that everything is foolproof and they will be allowed inside only if an OTP is shown.Once the payment is made, the system automatically pushed an OTP to the customer's Whatsapp number. The customer can meet the girl at an agreed place. Cyberabad police got a tip-off about the app and a team conducted a decoy operation on the matter. They have made some arrests and are in the process of tracing the others involved too. Sources say that the app is a general dating app and has got nothing to do with the miscreants. It is just that this gang has misused it to their benefit. It has to be seen if the department acts against the app as well.

While last year was a disaster as there were rains at harvest time, this year, he expects a good crop. They will take another three weeks to ripen, he says. His farm is located on the Madras highway in Cherlapally. Three generations have been into it, and while many procure saplings from Railway Gudur, he gets them from Sangareddy. Gautam grows banganepalle, himayat or imam pasand, totapuri, and some other local varieties.Raghuram Vemula, who happens to be VP strategy and operations at Organo, a company offering alternate living experiences through eco-friendly farmhouses and villas, says they check soil penetration first and also decide on soil density and then conduct a soil profile to ensure there is a good crop in future. Though mango trees are best planted five to six feet apart, Raghuram has reduced the distance to increase the produce.Another such home farmer is Josh Govada, who simply loves growing mangoes through organic methods. However, after getting his own module for growing juicy mangoes, he has gone commercial and sells for some supermarkets and small stores. He, too, like others, mostly uses mangoes for personal consumption.Barring such seasoned farmers, there are a whole lot of those who are growing mangoes in their backyard these days to have their very own organic crop.

The Telangana government has decided to extend the working hours of bars in Greater Hyderabad. The government has issued fresh orders allowing the bars to operate until 12 midnight. In addition, the bars were allowed to open until 1 AM on weekends. Star hotels and airport hotels were allowed to sell liquor for 24 hours for a 25 percent surcharge on the license fee.It is known that the government treasury in Telangana is generating huge revenue through liquor sales. Liquor worth Rs 2,500 crore or so is being sold in the state every month. Liquor sales stood at Rs 2,814 crore in March, Rs 307 crore more than the previous month. Liquor sales were at record highs in March after December last year, officials said.With the recent decision of the government to extend the working hours of bars in Hyderabad, it can be said that the revenue to the exchequer through liquor sales will further increase. There is also a debate as to whether this decision will be limited to Hyderabad or whether it will be extended to all bar shops across Telangana in the future.
