A woman, a resident of Banjara Hills Police Station limits went for a massage at Road No. 12 last week. However, during the massage, she removed the diamond chain along with the necklace on her neck and kept them aside. The woman, who stayed at the massage center for about three hours, forgot to take her gold jewelry after the massage and went home. However, three days after the massage, the jewelry suddenly came to mind.
The woman immediately went to the massage center and asked the managers. However, she did not get any response from the massage center. There was no response from them even after three days. The woman finally lodged a complaint with the Banjara Hills police station on 26th September against the spa operators, alleging that the jewelry had gone missing.
The police investigated the case in their own way. Surveillance was carried out on the managers as well as those working there. With this, they found out that a young woman working at the spa stole the jewelry. Nikhila, a 20-year-old resident of No. 10, Banjara Hills Road is the culprit. She was arrested and police are investigating. The woman admitted that she had sold the stolen jewelry to a trader in Chintalbasti. Banjara Hills police seized them and remanded the accused. Although the forgotten jewelry was remembered three days later, the woman expressed her happiness at getting back her jewelry.
