The idea is to consolidate its presence by catering to or addressing the needs, fears, and apprehensions of various communities living in the city.So, as a part of a carefully chalked-out plan, Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai met Kannada community leaders, while former Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje interacted with Rajasthani community people on Saturday.It is being said that the leaders discussed various issues and also shared the welfare and development initiatives being taken up by the BJP government. The BJP has been repeating the pattern in almost all the states by starting a pre-planned agenda-based campaign in states with ruling parties other than BJP.Also, apart from meetings, BJP representatives have been assigned the task of visiting all the 119 assembly constituencies and interacting with local leaders and people. They will eventually submit a report which will help in the expansion plans of the party in Telangana.

Telangana state government is also striving towards this goal and is working with various departments and electric vehicle manufacturing companies and formulating policies to this effect. IT department’s electronic wing, road transport department, TS REDCO, TSSPDCL/ TS NPDCL, MAUD, and TS RTC are the main players that would work towards deciding on policies, operational guidelines, subsidies, public charging facilities, electronic tariff, ceiling cost, setting up public charging points, setting charging points for RTC are among the core issues the departments will deal with.The initial charging points will provide charging for vehicles needing 15 KW and 120-150 KW. Telangana CM KCR has directly hit out once again at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government. Even as BJP held its national executive in the state capital Hyderabad, KCR was busy receiving Yashwant Sinha, who is the opposition candidate for the president’s post.Later, KCR lashed out at Prime Minister Modi and his party despite the presence of the entire BJP top brass in the city. He explicitly told the media that they had fought for Telangana for 60 years and they would put up a strong fight against Modi and his government in the coming days.KCR also took the opportunity to pose nine questions to the saffron party and its members. He totally derided BJP in the context of farm laws and said Modi was totally anti-farmers which was the reason for bringing in farm laws. Of course, Modi had to give in and repeal the laws later, he said. He also pointed out that BJP and their associates labeled agitating farmers as terrorists and those seeking Khalistan.He further added that it was his government that brought justice to the farmers and distributed Rs 3 lakh to them. He ridiculed the Prime Minister for his attitude towards farmers and their plight across the country.KCR said in his speech that political change was imminent in the country and that Modi should not dream of remaining the PM forever. Already, the political atmosphere in the state was heated, with contrasting events taking place at the same time.Not stopping there, KCR also said that the PM must learn from neighboring China about financial matters, given the lackluster performance of the Indian economy. KCR also hit out at Modi for not bringing back black money from foreign accounts.Not surprisingly, the Telangana CM gave a challenge to oust the pink party from power in the state, as BJP had done in Punjab and Maharashtra. Metro rail aims to fulfill the surging demand for co-working spaces and locational flexibility of office spaces in Hyderabad with the Office Bubbles under its Transit-oriented Development (ToD).Currently, ToD has around 18.5 million sq ft of space for work, shopping, leisure, entertainment, and healthcare, along with a parking and circulation area. According to Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited, the metro rail will be focusing on IT companies and would be using high-quality transit-oriented spaces in the un-paid (pre-ticketing) areas on the concourse level of its stations.Close to 0.4 million sq ft will be dedicated to Office Bubbles, and about two units of 1750 sq ft will be given out across 49 metro stations. Along with this, 5000 to 30,000 sq ft of spaces will be given out at eight non-typical metro stations.The office spaces will be offered in bare shell, warm shell, and plug &amp; play formats depending on their clients’ requirements. The concept will offer flexible, lower operational costs and secured spaces in 57 stations across the city with CCTV and Access Control.Of course, Office Bubbles would mean a huge cut down in costs and ease of travel.

And to add to this and make a small contribution of their own, ten women traveled to a village 25 km from Hyderabad to plant 250 saplings.The group of 10 from Akhila Bharatiya Digamber Jain Mahila Parishad, Hyderabad, inspired 100 volunteers to join the plantation drive at Gonglur. In a day-long drive, they planted 250 saplings of neem, peepal, mango, custard apple, and guava. One of the ladies shared that the idea was to increase the green cover in the village and allow for a participatory family activity so that children are sensitized about the issue.Another lady shared that the trip helped them understand the background and daily lives of villagers. Our presence also helped them promote their local handmade goods industry, she said. Incidentally, the village was adopted by the Hyderabad Income Tax department in 2019. Since then, over 5000 trees have been planted in a move towards reforestation.Also, with the contributions of IRS officers, including their top brass, Gandhi Gram Seva Kendra was established in the village that helped women to start cottage industries that produce cold-pressed oils, handmade soaps, and pulses via traditional pounding methods. City Start-ups Shot to Fame and Money in One Go

A gang led by a woman who posed as someone possessing magical powers to multiply money has been arrested in the city. The gang claimed that their leader had special powers through which she could multiply money and cheat people. They were arrested by Meerpet police a couple of days back.The six-member gang would draw the attention of gullible people and then use diversion tactics to run away from the place. Rupees 1 lakh, chili powder, and other valuables worth Rs 3.5 lakh were recovered from them when they were arrested.Those arrested included Chand Sultana from Aghapura, Mohd Khan from Bahadurpura, P Vinod from Chaderghat, M Raju from Goshamahal, and D Srinivas from Jiyaguda, and Shaik Imran from Jahanuma.According to the police, it was Sultana (50) who claimed that she had magical powers to multiply money, and then the team laid a trap for innocent people. Using the same modus operandi, the team cheated people to the tune of several lakh on the pretext of performing rituals. They then took the money and, after diverting their attention, fled the scene.
