Hyderabad police have nabbed a man named Syed Gohar Chishty. Reportedly, a case has been filed against Syed, who looks after Ajmer Dargah Khadim at Ajmer in Jaipur, for his hate speech last month.
As per the latest reports, Syed Gohar Chishty was arrested by the Hyderabad Begum Bazar cops on Thursday. After tracking the whereabouts of Syed, the Jaipur police communicated with the Telangana cops, first took a bangle seller Munawar for giving shelter to cleric aka Syed Gohar Chishty, and later tracked Syed with the help of Munawar, a resident of Goshamahal.
Reportedly, Syed is taken to Rajasthan from Hyderabad, and even Munawar is taken along with him. Along with Syed and Munawar, five other people named Fakhar Jamali, Tajima, Siddiqui, Moeen, and Riyaz Hasan are taken into custody and are being grilled in the hate speech delivered by Syed last month.
