Telangana Government has allowed the Physical classes for Class IX to Class XII from February 1st. It has been more than three weeks since the classes started but there is no spike in the Coronavirus cases. So, the Government has taken another step.
The Physical classes for Classes VI, VII, and VIII will begin from tomorrow, the education minister Sabitha Indra Reddy announced. The earlier SOPs regarding the usage of masks, maintaining Physical distancing in classes, and hygiene should be followed, the Government said.
However, experts are confused about the state government’s plan. “When the entire country is flattening the curve, Telangana did not open schools and colleges. Now, cases are increasing in some states and there is a fear of second wave. Now, the state government is opening up further,” they reveal their apprehensions.
