The second wave of the Coronavirus is here. India is recording almost One Lakh cases per day. Telangana's cases are on the rise and sooner or later we will be in the danger zone. Telangana Government already shut down the schools and colleges as many of them are becoming Clusters of Coronavirus. There is no clarity about how this academic year will end and how the exams will be conducted.
There is absolutely no clarity if the Physical classes will start anytime soon for the next academic year as well. Some of the schools have finished the current academic year and are starting the next one. They will be finishing some portion of syllabus before the summer vacation. The schools also started raising invoices for the next year fees.
Even with no clarity about the Physical classes, most schools have hiked their fees. The hike is as high as 10% to 30%. The last year, Telangana Government has got a G.O. mandating the schools to collect only the Tution fee but the schools have been restructuring their fee to adhere to the G.O. but still charging more from the parents. Some schools say the G.O. brought up last year is no longer applicable for the coming academic year.
Some schools have offered discounts last year and also brought in monthly fee model but they are now back to old self - No discounts and three terms pay structure.
