On Tuesday, Sloka International School, situated in Manneguda, celebrated International Women's Day. Fathima Shabanam Z, the principal, declared that the institution stands by the theme Break the Bias. "A world free of bias, discrimination, and stereotypes; a world that is diverse, inclusive, and equitable; a world where difference is valued and celebrated and where women's work makes a difference."
She added that "together we can forge women's equality; collectively we can all #BreakTheBias."
A school is a place where it makes a difference for women to balance their professional and personal life. It empowers women's leadership in senior management and always promotes and supports girl education by giving equal opportunity.
Fathima stated that women teachers in their school enjoy their work; it is because they feel valued and supported. The work is rewarding and meaningful, and the management has ensured to give teachers support to educate their children free.
