The success of Baahubali across all parts of India has made the Telugu film industry expand its horizons faster than expected. Many Tollywood stars are keen on acting in pan-India projects to cash in on the craze of massy south films in the north belts.
After Prabhas making a massive impact with Baahubali and Saaho, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, NTR, Ram Charan, Vijay Devarakonda, Bellamkonda Sreenivas and others are testing their luck in Bollywood with their upcoming projects. This has made many of them shift their base to Mumbai, the headquarters for Bollywood films.
Prabhas is all set to invest a bomb for a lavish bungalow in Mumbai across the seaside. Prabhas is juggling between Hyderabad and Mumbai for his forthcoming projects like Adipurush and the one with Sidharth Anand. Ram Charan and Upasana purchased a lavish apartment in a prime locality in Mumbai last year. Allu Arjun also has Pushpa lined up, which is going to release in two parts across India in multiple languages, and this is the reason why he too is keen on investing in Mumbai soon. The DJ actor staged a hunt also recently for a lavish property in Mumbai. Vijay Devarakonda, who is going to make his debut in Bollywood with the pan-India film Liger is a frequent visitor to Mumbai, and he is also planning to make Mumbai his second home.
Tollywood's ace producer Dil Raju is also planning many projects in Bollywood, including the remakes of Jersey and F2, and currently, he is keen on purchasing a home in Mumbai. Some other actors who have pan-Indian plans are looking to invest big in Mumbai currently. Rashmika Mandanna recently moved into her newly purchased lavish apartment in Mumbai because of her projects in Bollywood, which includes 'Good Bye' with Big B himself.
