The country is bracing for the third wave while it still sees 30,000 cases per day. During the current scenario, donations in both monetary or itinerary have not stopped as it will help people battle the third wave if it is of no use to them currently. Multinational corporations have foreseen the coming third wave and are making their valuable contributions mainly in terms of resources and space maximization to help facilities be ready when the peak arrives.
An Israeli-based MNC in the city named the ADAMA India has recently donated many oxygen generation plants to multiple hospitals across the country to help them battle the pandemic and brace for the upcoming third wave. Their initiative is a community support program, and they have spent nearly three crores for this whole donation drive. This plant has already been set up at the ESIC Hospital at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and the government hospitals of Gudivada, Krishna district.
The organization will set up eight more plants in multiple government hospitals in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Post their set up in South India, they will also expand their donation drive to Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and then up north to Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.
ADAMA has always been a supporter during covid in every pandemic stage and has always provided the best of resources that are the need of the hour without any kind of discrimination or in return for money and will continue to lend their support till the pandemic doesn't end. The MNC is not just an oxygen provider but has helped multiple facilities with masks, injection materials, covid kits, and assisting certain places to procure essential life-saving drugs.
