The pandemic has lead to a world of inventions that humans can use with the most minimum contact or touch. The past two years have done everything to ensure humans don't have any physical contact, proving lethal and spreading the virus. Also, during this time, humans realized making and serving food and street food pleasures can never be contactless, and they might have to give up eating such food until the virus is reduced, and many people did.
An entrepreneur from the city has understood how people have craved street food but backed out just because they had to avoid contact, keeping in mind the pandemic. The contactless panipuri will ensure people enjoy this street food and not worry about the contact. Nagireddy Mano Sai, an entrepreneur, worked on prosthetics during his college to understand its drawbacks and explained them to the IISC.
Like all the others, the budding creator and entrepreneur sat home during the initial months of covid 19 and understood how to do something that would make enjoying street food contactless. So he did his research and found that many places in the city have Pani puri serving machines similar to a cola machine but are embedded with a semi-inducer.
He then decided to create the machine and he is ready with a fully automated machine that is first of its kind will load up to 300 puris, which was usually placed under the sensor for masala by a human in the regular machine. It also comes with a semi-automated cleaner inside. This product will make Pani puri enjoyable and contactless by up to 90% percent. The device is named the Swayam machine and comes with a unique RFID payment system.
