Apart from WFH or work from home, people in the city are indulging in a healthy, nutritious and fit lifestyle which is bound to have a major impact during times when one is forced to sit at home most of the day due to COVID scare.
The second wave of COVID has hit Indians real hard, and people are still coming to terms with it. But one thing has remained common among people. Almost all of them are now early risers. They hit the home gym or do yoga or take a walk or do something that will keep them fit and healthy. They have changed their dietary habits, including more wholesome healthy foods and fruits.
According to Rahul Sipligunj, a popular singer and Bigg Boss 3 contestant, his day starts at around 5 am. He then hits the gym and later completes his work. He has been working on a script and also completed some songs from home. He says it is awesome to have good home-cooked food and spend time with family and his pet.
Another couple Nadeem and Sheeba, have started enjoying their daily morning walks. The couple goes to KBR Park every morning and returns at 9 am. Soon, they want to explore other lung spaces in the city. Similarly, Dr Shirley shares that waking up early and exercising in the morning keeps her agile and active throughout the day.
So, whatever is your health mantra, use the COVID days to follow it religiously and make the most of waking early and going early to bed. Of course, due to lockdown, it becomes necessary as the lockdown is between 6 am and 1 pm. More importantly, following an early morning routine sets a biological rhythm within the body.
