The pandemic has literally changed the food industry, and for once, instead of a sob story, we have a happy story where a couple has found their calling during COVID times. Times were indeed stressful, but one thing most people did was to indulge in food and, more so, home-cooked food made from the best ingredients.
Understanding the need of the market along with a desire to give something sans preservatives and chemicals, one couple from the city hit upon the idea of making dips. Thus, came about Dips Kitchen. The duo Visakha and Madhu Singhania love to cook and see their friends and family enjoy what they have rustled up.
During such soirees was born the idea of Dips Kitchen. The couple realized that in the new normal, people wanted sustainable, clean food. Also, dips and chutneys have been part of our culture for a long, long time. So, the couple decided to introduce their own array of dips and chutneys in healthier variants.
One dip worth mentioning is the salsa dip, a tangy dip with sweet and spicy notes. Similarly, another interesting dip is the Schezwan dip for spice lovers. They also have cheese sauce which comes with herbs, chili flakes for that extra bit of taste.
Also worth trying are their tamatar chutney, hari mirch thesa, hari pyaaz chutney, etc.
