Farzi Cafe, which is popular as a modern Indian bistro, has come up with a new menu to attract customers in the post-pandemic scenario. The whole idea is to tantalize the taste buds of guests in a vibrant setting.
The restaurant will have traditional global, south Indian, and Indian classic dishes as part of their new offering. Farzi is known for its eclectic mix of futuristic food along with Indian and global flavors. And it’s not just food; the owners of Farzi make it a point to present the food in the best possible way so that the guests are totally enticed by it.
And while here, you can also get a taste of molecular gastronomy. So, here’s what you will get to enjoy in days to come – a well-thought-out assortment of soups and salads such as creamy marine bisque (veg, non-veg). Appetizers such as aloo snowmosa curd emulsification, tofu medu vada with curry leaf gun powder, yam galouti with ulta tawa paratha, smoke pepper chicken tikka, salt, and pepper chicken wings, jalapeno raita, tartare lamb chop, and chimichuri salsa with poppy seeds, karampodi tandoori pomfret, cucumber & yogurt palate cleanser, etc., will make any foodie go bonkers. The main course has interesting items such as the sago pongal, ghee roast paneer with crushed peanut, kothimbar vada sabji with water butter nan, andha chilli chicken thatte idli with micro herbs, gongura mutton koora with ghee pulav, tawa seared meen manga curry with tempered rice, Hyderabadi style pothichoru biryani among others.
As for the desserts, one can taste the de-constructed filter kappi tiramisu and caramel chocolate cheesecake, and others. The spread put together by chef Surya will be available for lunch and dinner from October 1, 2021.
