Hyderabad
In the Hyderabad Property Show 2021, around 70 real estate developers are set to exhibit 400 to 500 projects for buyers. The show is organized by the Hyderabad chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) and is scheduled to take place at the Hitex Exhibition Ground on August 13, 14, and 15.
The property show plans to showcase projects approved by budget-friendly affordable housing by CREDAI members and the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority). There will be wide corridors with 100 stalls so that buyers can adhere to social distancing norms.
It is the most favorable time to host a property show for showcasing the top projects in Hyderabad, according to CREDAI members. Rajshekhar Reddy, General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad, says that the last property fair was held in the city in 2019, and during the show, more than 50,000 buyers participated.
Due to the pandemic, the Hyderabad Property Show 2021, supposed to take off in April 2021, was postponed.
To motivate the buyers to visit the property show, a huge hall is arranged to help close the deals while maintaining the COVID protocol. Every entry will be manned by staff who will check the temperature and also ensure that sanitization is provided at all the stalls.
