The Real Estate Regulatory Authority in the state is now looking to touch the sky by approving the construction plan of a 57 story skyscraper by builders SAS and have named this project the SAS Crown. As the city hasn't had quite the exposure to a skyscraper building culture, this building might be the beginning of a new era in architecture.
This structure will be the Ground floor plus 57 stories on top of it. It will be built on a 4.2-acre property with another five similar towers and boast all the modern features expected of a building. The flats at the SAS crown will each cover four stories covering an area of 6565 sq ft, 6999 sq ft, and 8811 sq ft. The duplex flats will cover a vast 17,000 sq. ft of space. The duplex flats are limited and are seeing good demand for them. These flats also boast special facilities and the unique swimming pool is the highlight of this flat.
The first three towers would be placed at an area of 8811 sq ft cost 8.81 crores, and the second two towers would be at 6565 sq ft and are priced at Rs. 6.5 crore. The 7000 sq ft flat costs Rs.7 crore each. The price of the duplex flat is still not capped, but it is believed to be double the 7000 sq ft flat. The clubhouse of this project is named Skylounge in a whopping space of 69,000 sq ft where. The residents in these flats can gather together for their events and host family functions, and have other celebrations. Kids can also indulge in sports and other recreational activities in a 1 lakh square area, which is meant for lifestyle activities for these families and their kids. This project by SAS is already started and will complete by 2027.
