One place that has become quite popular with home buyers is Bachupally. The place runs parallel to the national highway and is now being considered a hot property for investors. There was a time when Bachupally had to deal with water issues. But with the water department laying water lines and thanks to Mission Bagiratha, that problem has been solved, and many are rushing to book their homes in Bachupally that is about 15 km from the IT corridor.
It is known that IT firms are clustered in areas such as Madhapur and Gachibowli. So, areas such as Kondapur, Miyapur, Hafeezpet, KPHB, Pragatinagar, Nizampet, and Kukatpally are already packed with residents. That’s probably one of the reasons why buyers are looking at budget-friendly pockets, and Bachupally is a top priority. Apart from its proximity to the IT corridor, the place has international schools, entertainment centers, and good hospitals, making it a lucrative destination.
Another major advantage is that Bachupally is located next to ORR and does not have traffic problems. Hence one can travel long distances quite easily and swiftly. Added to this, it is also close to industrial areas Patancheru and Medchel. It is about 10 km away from the Hi-Tec and Miyapur metro stations and 8km away from the JNTU metro station.
Also, it is expected that the property value would appreciate by a moderate 20-30 percent in days to come, according to industry experts. For now, the running price is Rs 4000 per sq ft, and both medium budget and hi-end luxury apartments and villas are coming up in the area. Hence, many feel that Bachupally would develop into yet another satellite township in days to come.
