Hyderabad
The city is growing towards the west, where all fancy residential hubs are coming up. But, one area that has been around for a while is now the most wanted in the city. And that area happens to be Yousufguda. Located quite close to the IT corridor, there is said to be 260 percent demand in the area.
A quaint neighborhood that has been around for many years, Yousufguda is barely 6km from Hi-Tec city, and that keeps it in demand these days. Right now, it is both a residential and commercial hub. According to a recent trend study by NoBroker, the area has become the most searched neighborhood for buying residential properties in Hyderabad city.
According to NoBroker CEO Amit Kumar Agarwal, Yousufguda is seeing a 260 percent increase in demand thanks to its proximity to the IT corridor and affordable price equation. It happens to be the most searched area, according to Agarwal.
The most searched are 2BHK and 3BHK properties, where 41 percent searches are for 2BHK and 34 percent for 3BHK. The area also boasts of several schools, colleges, hospitals, supermarkets, and metro connectivity. It is also the place that has Kotla Vijay Bhaskar Reddy indoor stadium and an ark named after Krishna Kant.
While there is a high commercial activity, the place has lots of residential buildings, mostly apartments, though there are individual house pockets. Agarwal shares that people are searching for properties with an average price tag of Rs 80 lakh for 2BHK and Rs 90 to 1.1 crore for 3BHK in Yousufguda.
