My Home Constructions completes 35 years, and it is all set to take up projects worth Rs 40,000 crore soon. A pro in both commercial and residential properties, the construction house will be focusing on projects in Kokapet and Tellapur.
The realty firm will be adding 40,000 million sq ft of real estate space over the next five years. The builders firmly believe that Tellapur and Kokapet are the next destinations in Hyderabad and are investing Rs 25,000 crore in an integrated township in Tellapur spread over 250 acres. In contrast, an integrated IT hub will be developed at Kokapet on 80 acres, with an investment of Rs 15,000 crore.
The commercial project will be eco-friendly, wherein 27 million sq ft of office space will be created with precast construction technology. Incidentally, this space will emerge as the biggest office space in Asia. On the other hand, the firm will develop residential projects – My Home Ankura, My Home’s first villa project, and My Home Tridasa, which will have premium luxury lifestyle apartments. This will include educational, retail, and entertainment facilities, paving the way for a holistic living experience.
The company founded and headed by Jupally Rameshwar Rao is also planning to develop a sustainable city in Shamshabad. Dr. Rameshwar Rao is bringing a lot of technology into their future projects, such as using BIM to 6D level, pioneering use of precast construction, central district cooling system, etc.
In 2020-21, My Home Constructions closed with sales of more than 4.5 million sq ft and Rs 3,200 crore in revenues.
