A much-required opportunity has been spotted by the startup Vdalph Tech in the highly unorganized electronics hardware repair industry and has set up a state-of-the-art repair center in Hyderabad.
Hyderabad-based Vdalph Tech is situated at Parklane which is quite popular as the hub for computers and peripherals, and is spread across 1,400 sq ft and has 10 expert technicians who are professional at handling laptops of all brands.
The center has the ability and staff to handle 3,000 units every month and the company plans to expand these centers to Bengaluru, Pune, Vijayawada, and Bengaluru.
According to the director of Shweta Computers, Pankaj Lalwani, more than 30 lakh laptops and 10 lakh desktops are active in the twin cities and there is a huge need for a professional, transparent, and trustworthy service.
Vdlaph tech provides, among other services, an extended warranty for two years over and above the brand warranty, data recovery services for pen drives, memory cards, hard drives, etc.
The startup also offers online booking and free pickup/drop services within a 20km radius of Parklane and the center will be inaugurated soon, formally.
